Terms of Sale:

 

1. PAYMENT OPTIONS:

All payments must be done through PayPal,western union, or moneygram. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold a gecko for up to 30 days and will be applied towards the animal. Animals must be paid in full before shipping.If longer then 30 days is needed, we can make arrangements on a case by case basis. Payment plans can be arranged. You must be 18 years or older or have permission from your legal guardian(s) to purchase an animal. If the gecko is not payed in full by the agreed upon period, animal will be listed as available again and money that has been put down will be forfeited so please be sure to know you will be purchasing the gecko..ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

 

2. SHIPPING:

All shipments will be done through reptilesexpress.com and will follow every guideline provided. I will not ship if temperatures are under 40F or above 90F. I will only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping usually runs from $40-$60, I can get you a quote if provided a zip code. I can also deliver within the state and some other locations as long as it is not too far and i have time to do so.

 

3. Health GUARANTEE

I guarantee my animals to be free of parasites and disease. If you feel an animal is sick, take it to a vet within 48 hours of receiving and get an exam and send results to me. Must be offical paperwork from the vet. If this happens and it is found the leo is sick, i will refund money and leo is to be shipped back to me at my expense.

4.Sexing

All adult animals sex are guaranteed, or if they are listed as male or female. If they are listed as TSF,TSM, or unsexed, i do not guarantee sex. Sometimes you incubate for one sex and it comes to another sex. Or if incubating at 85 degrees, you get mixed sexes, so these are unsexed until i can definitively determine the sex.

 

5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Buyers MUST read ToS before purchasing a reptile. All of my genetics are guaranteed unless stated otherwise. All animals are eating and healthy upon shipping, unless otherwise stated. 6.

6.ENIGMAS

I cannot guarantee that enigmas will not develop ES overtime. An animal can develop ES from shipping, stress, ovulation, or even just overtime. I have worked hard to outbreed these beautiful leos and ES is very minimal in my lines. I only get enigmas from very reputable and proven lines. Any animal listed as “no signs of ES” do not show any signs of ES prior to shipping. With that being said, buyer assumes all responsibility once shipped.
